By accessing or using StarNudge ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
StarNudge is a review collection tool that helps local businesses earn more Google reviews by sending SMS and email review requests to their customers. The Service includes a web-based dashboard, SMS/email delivery, click tracking, and analytics.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Send review requests to individuals who have not been your customers
- Use the Service for spam or unsolicited messages
- Engage in review gating (selectively sending requests only to satisfied customers)
- Incentivize or purchase reviews
- Violate any applicable laws or Google's review policies
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service
5. Pricing and Payment
StarNudge Pro is billed at $29/month. Your first 50 nudges are free with no credit card required. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on paid plans.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, and content, is owned by StarNudge. You retain ownership of your business data and customer information.
7. Limitation of Liability
StarNudge is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless you request earlier deletion.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
